Special checking process at BIA avoiding the spreading of ‘IBOLA’ virus in Sri Lanka

Ministry of Health has taken actions to initiate a checking process at BIA Katunayake avoiding the spreading of Ibola virus in Sri Lanka.  This decision has taken after a meeting held with the Hon. Minister of Health.  Accordingly arrangements already made for a checking process, Establish a Medical Unit at BIA and to provide equipment for medical officers for treatments.  Also Ministry of Health stated that medical officers are to be worked 24 hours at BIA.   At present Ibola virus is spreading among Africa, Liberia, Siara Lion and Genee.
