A new agreement was signed between the Management of SriLankan Airlines and the Pilots’ Guild on the 12th of September, for the period September 2014 to September 2017.
This agreement mutually recognises the importance of enhancing productivity and contributing to business priorities whilst addressing the needs of the Flight crew in keeping with industry trends and employee retention demands.
SriLankan Airlines’ Management appreciates the Guild’s approach in joining hands with the company in this hour of need and revival, and wishes to recognise the professionalism with which the committee members of the Guild, led by Captain Chaminda De Soysa, conducted during the negotiations, to bring this agreement to a successful conclusion.
